 Shenzhen China Energy South Power Co., ltd, CESPE, was established in 1996 as a manufacturer of incandescent light bulb and holiday light bulbs. The company has been enjoying over 10 years growth of business.
In 2006, under the leadership of the president, Mr Tang Deming, started to work into eco-friendly lighting products, and set up a new R & D center, Shenzhen Yiyang Electronic Technology Development Co.,ltd, for the study and testing of T5 series of lights. It was also then CESPE started to upgrade the product with LED light source technology.
